This includes, but is not limited to:

AI chatbot setup and customization
Strategy, consulting, and audits

Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital services, all payments are non-refundable once work has begun.

If a project is cancelled before work has started, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion, minus any administrative or processing fees.

Subscription and Monthly Services

This includes:

AI chatbot subscriptions
Hosting or maintenance plans
Ongoing SEO or support services

Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time by providing written notice. Service will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

No refunds are issued for unused time, partial months, or prior billing cycles.

Money-Back Guarantees

If a specific money-back guarantee or trial period is offered, it will be clearly stated in writing at the time of purchase. Any such guarantees apply only under the conditions outlined in that agreement.

Chargebacks and Disputes

We encourage clients to contact us directly to resolve any concerns before initiating a chargeback or dispute.

Unauthorized chargebacks may result in suspension of services and may be contested with supporting documentation, including signed agreements, communication records, and delivery proof.

Project Delays and Client Responsibilities

Refunds will not be issued for delays caused by missing content, approvals, feedback, or client-side dependencies.
